Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 November 2026

This policy explains what data the Lantern Verdict: Werewolf Game app for iPhone (“the app”) and the website lanternverdict.com handle. The app is published by Sarper Dijital Teknolojiler ve Kiralama A.Ş., Manisa, Türkiye (“we”). Contact: info@sarperdijital.com.

In short: there are no accounts and no Lantern Verdict servers. Your games stay on your phone. In the free version, ads are served by Google AdMob, which collects some device and usage data. The app does not ask to track you, and purchases are handled by Apple.

1. Data that stays on your device

The app stores the following only on your iPhone. We never receive it.

The app contains no analytics of its own. Like other app data, this information may be included in your iPhone or iCloud backups, depending on your device settings.

2. Advertising (free version)

The free version shows ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob): an ad between games at most once every two completed games and at least 15 minutes apart, and an optional rewarded ad you can watch to unlock the Hunter role for your next game. Ads are never shown during play. Lantern Pro removes the between-game ads.

When the SDK runs, Google collects the following, as Google describes in its data disclosure for the Google Mobile Ads SDK:

DataExamplesPurpose (per Google)
Device identifiersIdentifiers bound to the app or developer; the advertising identifier only if you allow tracking, which this app does not ask forAdvertising, analytics
Coarse locationApproximate location derived from the IP addressAdvertising
Advertising dataWhich ads you have seenAdvertising, analytics
Product interactionApp launches, taps, video viewsAd performance
DiagnosticsCrash logs and performance dataDiagnostics, ad delivery

This data is processed by Google under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Your player names, roles, votes and game choices are never passed to Google or any ad network.

3. Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

Where the law requires it, the app shows Google’s consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before ads are requested. Your choice decides whether ads may use personal data. You can change it at any time in Settings › Privacy & help › Privacy Choices. Declining never affects whether you can play.

4. No tracking

The app does not request permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency and does not access your device’s advertising identifier, so it does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. The app includes Apple’s SKAdNetwork entries, which let ad networks measure ad results without identifying you.

5. Purchases

Lantern Pro is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your name, Apple ID, or payment details. The app asks Apple’s StoreKit whether you own Lantern Pro so it can unlock it on your device. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

6. Network connections

The game works fully offline. The app connects to the internet only for Google’s ads and consent services and for Apple’s App Store purchases. The narration is built into the app. Links to this website open in your browser.

7. Children

Lantern Verdict is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. This website

lanternverdict.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party fonts or scripts. It is hosted by Netlify, which may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operation (Netlify Privacy Policy).

9. Your rights

We do not hold personal data about you on our side, because the app stores your data only on your device. You can erase it yourself by deleting the saved game or the app. For data processed by Google, use Google’s privacy tools or the Privacy Choices option above. If you have questions or wish to exercise your rights under applicable law, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the GDPR, contact us at info@sarperdijital.com.

10. Changes

We will update this page if the app’s data practices change and will change the date above.
